When I arrived at the reception desk there was no one there. Very quickly the assistant manager came over and spoke about my requirement. He then arranged for a sales person to deal with my requirement. This took no longer than a few minutes which is far better than other car show rooms I have visited in the last few weeks.

Firstly it was lovely to see the car in the showroom even through it was not a new car, it just added that extra touch that made picking up the car that much more special, then I was given plenty of time to look over the car and sit in it and get myself familiarised along with Jack being on hand (but not looking over me) if I had any questions.
