Lots of the usual paperwork at handover, but handled with ease by Art. Car was very well presented and done with a bit of flare (you will find out if you buy one, so won't spoil the surprise). Then finally nice touch by Alan the manager to check all was well. Good experience.

Friendly, informative and smooth process. The team were proactive in asking me for all the necessary details in good time and quick to respond to any queries I had. Special thanks to Ella Bailey for making an often-daunting process seem so simple and easy. A few technical hitches on the day of collection with setting up the car that could be improved. But otherwise, happy with the service provided.
