Firstly it was lovely to see the car in the showroom even through it was not a new car, it just added that extra touch that made picking up the car that much more special, then I was given plenty of time to look over the car and sit in it and get myself familiarised along with Jack being on hand (but not looking over me) if I had any questions.

Only problem was that th app did not close properly and left me uncertain as to the state of play.Very pleased with your efforts in servicing my A6, first one on the new service plan; and for getting the MOT sorted smoothly.
