The driver was most efficient and courteous. Returned car clean inside and out ( neighbours commenting on how shiny it now is!!) The accessories bag was a nice surprise, thank you.

Great experience buying a one year old TTS from Audi Basingstoke. From my initial enquiry, to driving away in the car 10 days later, the whole process was handled superbly by the Sales Executive Hardus Joubert. I initially reserved the car over the phone, arranged a test drive a couple of days later, and drove 150 miles home in the car the following week. The car was superbly presented at handover and I can’t thank Hardus enough for all his help. Great five star experience!
