The customer care/service was excellent. I was seen very quickly and my problem was resolved. I was very impressed with the service and care.The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the customer lounge. The coffee was appalling - tasteless, the cup was too full and I spilled it and burnt my hand. There were no serviettes or paper towel to mop up the mess. The coffee experience definitely needs improvement - it’s not in line with Audi brand or experience.

Lots of the usual paperwork at handover, but handled with ease by Art. Car was very well presented and done with a bit of flare (you will find out if you buy one, so won't spoil the surprise). Then finally nice touch by Alan the manager to check all was well. Good experience.
