Great service

Always room for, improvement. Simply I had to wait too long for the part to be fitted, because I wanted to wait and not leave my car, it took over a month. The part which needed fitting only took approx 5 mins to do, and I do not want my car at the garage for a day! I think you should rethink your appointments, I do understand fir servicing but not for small parts. The service I received on the day was excellent.

Online booking using Myaudi app straightforward. Price notified before work undertaken. Efficient friendly service, offered refreshment when dropping off car and also when collecting. Given the option of waiting in showroom while work was carried out. Car video health check well presented and car very clean inside and out when collecting.

I have had a number of BMW and Mercedes I am very impressed with the sales team and after service that Audi offer Keep up the good work, at this time I would not go back to BMW or Mercedes

I went in looking for a car to lease/purchase and was immediately helped. Art was extremely knowledgable, answering all questions clearly. The team was friendly and polite also. I also really liked being able to share the screen as Art was entering details and looking for available cars - it felt very transparent.
