Lewis was pleasant and helpful. He followed up well and I only didn't buy the car from you because you couldn't meet the trade in value that I wanted. I gave you a lower rating on comms below as it was very confusing contacting you. I got a call screener on your main number (in Scotland?) who took all my details and then put me through to Gary (who I assumed was in the Basingstoke branch) who wanted all the details again and then agreed an appointment time in Basingstoke. When I showed up they had never heard of Gary and I didn't think they actually knew I was coming.

The sales representative was very polite, percently went through the process, explained and answered our questions. Provided us with refreshments and kindly took us to the station on his way home.

Good council and advice Sensible approach to selling as opposed to pushing Appropriate follow up and engagement. Would have bought from yourselves as opposed to other dealer, sadly they had the spec we needed.
