I received the requested video promptly. It was comprehensive and professional. Unfortunately the advertised price of the car rose £500 during the process and I sourced an alternative vehicle through Used Approved Audi

Excellent service ( Recall Programme) :You phoned ahead to check the collection details which I really appreciated.Picked up car and returned as requested. The driver was most efficient and courteous.Returned car clean inside and out ( neighbours commenting on how shiny it now is!!)The accessories bag was a nice surprise, thank you.
