I much prefer talking to someone in the Audi dealership/service that I go to.Unfortunately there is no choice, the call to your own dealership offers option of book service & you are automatically transferred to off site on line booking. They have in the past not had the full history of the car available to them & unnecessary time has to be spent going through it with them.MOT, oil service & recall carried out whilst I waited. Estimated time about right👍 & my car was valeted well.
