All of the colleagues I met with were delightful, welcoming, professional. The care was beautifully clean after the service and everything was explained to me. I was also blown away by how they handled a young child (with his Dad) who was suddenly sick - excellent team!

When I arrived on Sat to collect my car, the service team hadn’t given my keys and paperwork to the front desk which meant a delay in handover. Team dealt with it well though.

Hardus was went above and beyond in helping me. He was very helpful, answered every question I had and was very patient with me. I was originally looking at an A1 but after test driving I wasn’t sure it was the car for me. I thought the A3 would be out of budget but after some workings out, it wasn’t. Hardus then went through the whole process again of quotes, test drives, and sourcing a car for me to see which would be the model I was looking at specifically as patiently and professionally as the first time. He is a credit to the team at Audi.
