Hardus Joubert was amazing. Such a lovely guy, not pushy, found exactly what I wanted, spent loads of time getting everything just perfect. He got me a great car at a great price and a great part ex value for my old car. Even though I was buying pre owned, Hardus made it feel the same as buying a brand new Audi. It's the 2nd car we bought from Basingstoke Audi and we have all 3 cars in the family serviced there, such a good dealership.
