We have visited Basingstoke Audi for the last two cars we have purchased and on both occasions were let down and disappointed. This time they did exactly what we wanted, great improvement, well done. The S3 has moved from our long list to the short list.

When the car I was interested in was sold there was no offer or suggested alternative sourced. Equally another branch in your franchise had offered a better finance deal than the branch I approached. Feel salesman could have been a lot more proactive in sourcing a second car and achieving a better finance deal. It’s for this reason I have since purchased a bmw.

When the vehicle was offered for inspection at the day of purchases, there were two issues with the car that would have prevented me from buying the vehicle. Initially the dealership set out that it would be able to address these issues as part of the deal. Eventually, and after intervention from the dealership manager, agreement was reached to rectify the 'faults'. These have been addressed to my satisfaction and the dealership has been excellent in follow up customer service.
