The salesperson, James, was absolutely brilliant. But unfortunately, they wanted a £500 deposit PLUS £1,500 upfront for the extra care package for a 2017 plate, Peugeot gave me a 2021 plate car - never driven, for £0 deposit and the care package was a part of the contract by default, and it was more affordable than Audis monthly payments, I came in stating I had £200-250 limit on my monthly payments, but it instantly went to 300+, so I felt our need we're slightly put tp the side.

My only issue was that although I specified the car to have a tow bar with electrics to support a caravan including switched and constant 12 volt feeds, the car was delivered from the factory without the this feature added. This involved the dealership having to order a kit which would cost £350 to fit. In the end the dealer fitted the part FOC which was appreciated. The current configurator quotes "....allows continual use of electrical devices in the trailer/caravan whilst driving" which clearly it doesn't unless the additional wiring kit is fitted.

Great experience from booking car service, arrival at service reception and pleasant area to wait. Work was completed within the quoted time. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use again.

Jacob was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that I was not immediately bombarded by phone calls after my test drive as I have a few months to make a decision on what my next car will be.
