Not the fault of the sales person as it’s obviously policy and widespread among car dealers, but I hate the pushing and promotion of finance and add on products. It’s more time consuming presenting those than the whole rest of the process. Please have an easy ‘cash / trade-in’ option that cuts all that out. I would be a customer if you could do that

We are extremely pleased with the services that Matthew Davies has provided us. Absolutely amazing team member Audi(Audi- Basingstoke) has! He explained very thoroughly everything, nothing was to much for him. In terms of documents everything went smoothly, finance was approved quickly without any hassle. Matthew was very professional from start to finish, provided us with all the necessary informations, if we didn’t understood something, he kindly explained it to us. Will definitely recommend Audi and also Matthew and his professional services that were 100% brilliant. Pleased to see that Audi has such a great and dedicated team members. Also a big thank you to the receptionist for their kind welcome, despite not having an appointment. Another big thank you to the gentleman that dealt with our previous car MOT. Also we were very impressed with how the reveal of the car was, my wife thought only in movies you can see reveals like that😜 Overall, absolutely satisfying with the services that Audi provided us and with the professionalism of their team.

Service from the sales team was great, but the thing I have found disappointing was the condition of the car. It was delivered on a wet day after icy weather, so I expected there to be salt and debris from the road on the car after delivery, but the interior was really disappointing. The 1st thing I had to do was clean the interior glass as it was filthy. On the exterior glass, you could still see the glue marks where the promotional stickers had been in the showroom. There was still green mould over the fabric hood showing that despite fresh dirt from the road, it hadn’t been cleaned properly before leaving the showroom, that mould had been there a while and wasn’t cleaned as I’d been promised. The gas struts on the boot have also failed. All in all, this has really taken the shine off what should have been an exciting purchase

I was very disappointed with the software on the A3. I am equally disappointed that I couldn’t transfer the remaining value of the service plan on A3 to the new car. I realise this latter point is covered by the T&C’s of the service agreement but it is still very disappointing to lose several hundred pounds without being aware of it at the time of purchase of the new car.

The Basingstoke Dealership were efficient and very pleasant. The following is about the telephone booking process:- I have commented on this matter before and I have the same ‘gripe’ about the booking process which infuriates me each time. When I telephone the local dealer’s number I end up speaking to someone in Glasgow or Newcastle. Often they have broad accents which can be difficult to understand. Why can’t I speak to someone in Basingstoke? Secondly this ‘remote’ dealer sends a confirmation email which is virtually unreadable (particularly on an iPhone) as it is white text on a black background. The font size is ridiculously small (1 point I guess). Who in the IT department had that silly idea? Just stick to black text on a white background.
