It was a pleasure dealing with Basingstoke Audi. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, and Matt (who ultimately sold me the car) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy, which was refreshing. I would certainly recommend the dealership to friends and family, and it's a shame I don't live closer or I would definitely go there for my servicing as well.

Hardus was went above and beyond in helping me. He was very helpful, answered every question I had and was very patient with me. I was originally looking at an A1 but after test driving I wasn’t sure it was the car for me. I thought the A3 would be out of budget but after some workings out, it wasn’t. Hardus then went through the whole process again of quotes, test drives, and sourcing a car for me to see which would be the model I was looking at specifically as patiently and professionally as the first time. He is a credit to the team at Audi.

Jake and Jakub from the team were fantastic with getting me the car I needed which was a bit of a "Unicorn" car to be fair! They worked late and after hours to make sure I got the car I needed. Kevin the General Sales manager was very helpful and lovely to deal with as part of the Lookers Basingstoke franchise! They are a fantastic team and an asset to Audi!
