All of the colleagues I met with were delightful, welcoming, professional. The care was beautifully clean after the service and everything was explained to me.I was also blown away by how they handled a young child (with his Dad) who was suddenly sick - excellent team!

When I arrived on Sat to collect my car, the service team hadn’t given my keys and paperwork to the front desk which meant a delay in handover. Team dealt with it wellthough.

It was a pleasure dealing with Basingstoke Audi. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, and Matt (who ultimately sold me the car) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy, which was refreshing. I would certainly recommend the dealership to friends and family, and it's a shame I don't live closer or I would definitely go there for my servicing as well.
