Great personal and professional service provided by a member of the service team at Lookers Audi Basingstoke today, Gerly TAMM.She took the time to pleasantly assist me with the My Audi App and explanation of the MMI screen and vehicle controls. She made it easy to understand as opposed to the instructions provided to access the full verification of the App and those provided online..

The person who I met regarding my appointment was extremely rude and was absolutely not interested in answering my queries . It seems he was in a holiday mood didn’t want to work or perhaps he was not interested in serving me particularly. You guys contacted me I didn’t I went there wasted couple of hours just to be treated like a third grade person . The receptionist was very polite and friendly but the sales person Lewis styles was rude and ignorant . I told him on his face as well to which he said that I am doing this job for last 10 years well if you are doing job for last 10 years that doesn’t mean you can treat someone with disrespect . I am an existing customer not a new one and also more the me buying a car you are selling me the car so be respectful

It was ok. The salesman although helpful and polite didn’t seem too concerned about making contact back with us.I was ready to make a deal but it seemed rather one sided.

Great knowledge and help from Robbie and Jake.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at Audi Basingstoke, specifically in relation to a warranty issue with a failed part. The issue concerned a boot release module, which failed during my recent MOT. This part had been replaced at my previous MOT less than a year ago, and therefore should still have been covered under warranty. As the failure caused an MOT issue, the matter was time-sensitive and required urgent resolution. When I contacted Audi Basingstoke, I was advised by a member of staff at the body shop that I would need to book a full appointment, with a potential charge of £150, simply for the issue to be assessed. I was also told that this fee might not be charged, which offered no certainty. Given that the replacement part itself costs around £100 and was still under warranty, I found this approach unreasonable and unhelpful.Due to the urgency of the MOT failure and the lack of clear support, I felt I had no choice but to purchase the replacement part myself in order to resolve the issue promptly.I would like to note that the parts department at Audi Basingstoke were extremely helpful and professional, and my complaint is not directed at them. However, the customer service I received through the body shop was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from Audi.I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, including clarification as to why a costly appointment was suggested for a warranty issue on a recently replaced part. I would also ask that you consider reimbursement for the replacement part I was forced to purchase due to this situation.I look forward to your response.

Both from an organisational point of view and communication with us, the experience of the service/MOT on 17 and 18th December was poor. The car failed its MOT because the nearside front tyre had the ply or cords exposed though this was not picked up in the vehicle health check. The front tyres were replaced but these were not in stock and were delivered the next day. We asked to be advised as soon as the tyres were available so that we could organise our day but we were only advised once the work (MOT and tyre fitting) had been completed. This resulted in a further trip to Basingstoke that could have been avoided had we been advised before 0930 on 18th December when I had to leave home to go to Basingstoke for another appointment. We queried this with Gerly Tamm on collection of the car and were not satisfied with her response which seemed to muddle the health check with the MOT and failed to recognise the inconveniience we had been put to through her non-responsiveness.

Warm welcome and very knowledgeable sales force. Dealt with Robbie and Jake

For the third and final time. Can you please stop sending me marketing messages. I don’t mind reminders for servicing etc but please stop marketing me. Also you called me twice and then text me asking if I wanted an MOT. I informed your agent on the first call that I didn’t. It’s really annoying and is damaging my view of the audi brand.

Very helpful information from Lewis Styles However the disappointment was that the test drive vehicle had a warming light fault
