Communication was good. I would say that a 30 minute test drive of a £50,000 car is not sufficient. Mercedes Benz gave me 48 hours with the EQA. This gave me time to try charging, drive on the motorway, park and drive locally.

Excellent service. Sadly you didn't have a used Audi A1 with parking sensors so we had to look elsewhere.

Because it was excellent. Robbie was welcoming, interested, efficient and patient in organising 2 test drives and providing relevant figures, all without being "pushy".

I bought a second hand Audi from Basingstoke Audi yesterday. It was my third Audi that I have bought form them and the experience was as good as and possibly better than previous. As statistics show, a customer would never return if the experience was not 'perfect'. This time I dealt with Matt Davies. He immediately understood that I wanted to 'get on with it' and was therefore extremely efficient and thorough. I could not recommend him and Audi Basingstoke highly enough.
