People were great. Dealership was great experience Looked after family while we discussed details Very attentive. Made it a nice experience. Not pushy. Only thing that could be improved would be prior communication about all the documents to sign online. An email turned up but I wasn’t really sure what this was and if a mistake was made, all the documents had to be thrown away and start again signing online. Maybe this was due to staff holiday when email came in.

From the moment I arrived with a fault the experience I had was probably the best ever at a garage/dealership: I speak with many years experience of each of Porsche, VW, BMW, Nissan, Ford and British Leyland. However, I had previously tried to book on the phone and Central Reservations could only offer an appointment one week away and stressed the £130 diagnostic fee: VERY unhelpful when there is a LOUD noise and uncertainty whether to abandon the car and hire another. Diagnosis should be charged on the basis of time spent NOT a £130 flat fee. A video was not necessary. Abandon central booking and the £130 diagnostic fee. Leave it to the chosen dealership to book and charge.

I wasn’t informed of any breakdown cover with the viechle and I am still unaware so will have to contact the dealership to get clarification on this .
