There was confusion over the offering of service packages. This was resolved once we spoke to Ashleigh in Basingstoke. We had a private plate to put on the car and made it clear we would provide the plates but several times we were asked or informed that Lookers could provide the plates. As if someone wasn’t really listening.

Wow, excellent from start to finish. It was a last minute booking because my cars heating had stopped working so i called Basingstoke Audi and spoke to Dan in service who was very accommodating and fitted me in as soon as possible. Once the car was there Dan suggested a complimentary health check of the car which turned out to be a master stroke because Chris your Master Tech found some other faults with the car which he showed me via Audi Cam using the colour coding system, which Chris did in a very clear & simplistic manner so i could understand. Once the health check was done Phil in parts then gave me an estimate of the parts that would be needed so i felt in control at all times, Phil again was so helpful whilst also making me aware that the costs could go either way but they will try the more cost effective route first which luckily for me that worked so the bill wasn't to much but at least i was forewarned. Great team effort and i will highly recommend Basingstoke Audi moving forwards. Thank you. A breath of Fresh Air!

The gentleman who collected my car was fantastic, he always is. So helpful and courteous. He was working on his own and therefore probably pushed but didn’t let that stop him providing excellent service. My only complaint is that I was sold the car saying the issue I had with the last one had been resolved. I know it hasn’t and it never will be.

Matt and Jake were exceptionally helpful and found lots of options for me to consider.A purely personal decision on my part to keep my current Audi and not progress with changing is not be taken as a failure on their part.If circumstances were different, I would definitely be driving away in the dream TT they found me!A huge thank you to Matt and Jake for your time and very personable customer service last week.
