The Service Advisers, Joanna and Sarah, were brilliant and 5 star.The booking reminders were a big irritant. At least 5, by email, text and phone, were unnecessary. I am from a generation who keep their appointments once made. If you really have to, one is sufficient.Your invoices should be formatted in a conventional way so that they are readily understood. They are a shambles. Speak to IT department!Likewise the complete service record.Only print the latest record not every year at every service!
