Overall the service I received was fine. Two things that I comment on every time. 1. when I phone to book a service someone in Glasgow or Newcastle answers and deals with the booking. Why can’t I speak with someone in Basingstoke who knows me and my car? 2. The confirmation email which came from Glasgow is a black panel with ridiculously small white text which my email application struggled to process and I could hardly read. Who in the IT department thinks that’s a good idea? What’s wrong with black text on white background that most people use and which I can easily read and check the details?

Yes there is. I will be honest with you. It isnt Audi as a company that has kept me coming back. Dont get me wrong, your cars are amazing...but it was something more. In a nutshell, Jake and Darryl are who kept me with you. Above and beyond would be an understatement. These are not just in sales, they prioritise forming relations with customers, they make you feel more than just another customer. Jaguar, Mercedes, BMW...awesome cars...but it always felt like just another sale. You need to keep hold of these two in your team, but I guess you already know this. I have never, not once, felt the need to thank anyone in car sales with a bottle of wine...it was the very least I could have done. The perfect team, Darryl knew what car I wanted, even knew when I wasn't happy with the colour...the personal touch that often lacks in most other dealerships. That is something rare. Jake...well, he did everything he could to get the best deal, or at least that is how it felt...and still does...with the personal touch that he shares with Darryl. It is with thanks to these two wonderful people that I proudly own an Audi. Note that I said people...not sales! So, all that I have left to say is a huge thank you, hope they both enjoyed their wine.

Our car developed a fault which made it undriveable. I had to drop the car off in the early evening. After my car was booked in, the GM offered me a lift home, even though it was slightly out of his way. Also, although the work hadn’t been planned into the following day’s work, it was attended to the following day, and Ashleigh kept me fully up to date as the work progressed. All in all I was very impressed.
