All went well. Took longer than anticipated but that wasn't a problem for me. Only thing I find frustrating is that when I called the 01256 number and pressed various buttons to get to Service, I ended up somewhere in Scotland where I was told "I'll put you through to Basingstoke" which is where I had assumed I was anyway.

Overall very good, although there seemed to be a slight mix up regarding curtesy cars, fortunately this was quickly resolved as I was only travelling locally that day. But the Basingstoke staff were all helpful, efficient and polite , especially my service agent Joanna Zlotorzycka.
