My car has an intermittent fault which I had explained when booking it in. Although I appreciate the health check being carried out when necessary I did not expect this to be done on my car, considering its newness. Unfortunately the fault that the car had been booked in for could not be detected as no error showed up on the diagnostic.

Both Adrian and Sarah in your service team were excellent in their understanding and assistance with my service requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was first rate. Both are great ambassadors for Lookers. I would also like to recognise Chris Minter in Lookers (Basingstoke Audi) service department. He is a top rate technician and always takes ultimate care in looking after my Audi when in the workshop. A primary reason for me purchasing all my cars from Basingstoke Audi over the years is knowing that Chris will ‘hopefully’ be there to carry out servicing and maintenance going forward. I always request Chris works on my car and the service team always work as a unit to deliver a great experience.

I have been dealing with Kevin watts & his splendid team for years to which nothing is too much trouble especially Ashley in the service department who always accommodates me at short notice & has my car returned looking brand new.
