The reason for the 3 on communication is that I asked for a quote for 1) gearbox oil change and 2) air conditioning regas. I only got the quote for item 1.

Overall my experience with Lookers Basingstoke was fantastic from start to finish. Jakub was always extremely helpful and friendly and responded to my emails quickly. A very positive experience throughout and Mike was helpful and friendly also. The car being unveiled and revealed on the day I picked it up was just a brilliant thing to experience and something I'll always remember. A lovely touch and made me feel special. Thanks to all at Lookers for a wonderful experience. I absolutely adore my Audi A1 😊

Excellent work by Alex Locke. She communicated well and did not give me "false promises".I was disappointed with the time taken to find the replacement part in both the UK or Germany and assume this was due the the lack of available semi conductors and the war in Ukraine.

I'm a little dissapointed that your technicians were unable to hear the whine reported, it remains quiet obvious to me and also my son.

My problem was that when switching off the engine I could not remove the key from the barrel without lots of fiddling. You did not know what was causing this and made some minor adjustments and also re-routed a cable that could have been in the way.So far this problem has only happened once so fingers crossed the problem is solved, if not I will be contacting you.
