Whilst I accept AUDI are busy, I was surprised to re-boot my SatNav took a whole day. I do not live local, therefore, I was at the dealership from 0830hrs till 1645hrs for this to be done. Staff were attentive and accommodating but I also work.

The supply of new vehicles available in the showroom is poor across the market and the wait for one to be built makes no sense to the customer. This has pushed the cost of second hand cars to stupid levels at which to buyFor those like me with no NEED to buy now, it makes sense to wait

I was sold a car with 2 free services only to be told that this was not the case, however this has been honoured after speaking to Kevin. The booking experience is classed as poor due to the initial sale not the staff dealing with the case. You also provided a courtesy car and I spoke to someone there and asked how much to purchase as I have someone interested. They said they would get someone to call. No one has

An email turned up but I wasn’t really sure what this was and if a mistake was made, all the documents had to be thrown away and start again signing online.Maybe this was due to staff holiday when email came in.
