Yes, you offered to wash the car following the service but the result was not good. Many places i.e behind the door handles, around the wheel arches, below the doors were missed completely. In my opinion, the car wash people need more supervision

I was so well looked after by Art. I had a Landrover I needed to trade in which was getting very costly to run. Art made the transaction very easy and I am delighted with my Audi. The team were really friendly and made the whole process very relaxing. We also met Jake who insisted the floor mats were changed which was a really nice gesture. Thank you.
