Good experience for first service of car bought new from dealership. Easy booking and car was ready at requested time. Disappointed that considering cost of car and service that the complimentary clean did not extend to hoovering the boot.

It took over 2 weeks to get my vehicle booked in. This maybe because I had had only purchased the car 5 days prior and when calling the dealership to report the fault I was led to believe the workshop was going to contact me with an appointment. After waiting more than 2 weeks I wrote to the dealership to request why I hadn’t been contacted and my details were forwarded to Audi bookings who were extremely efficient.
