Overall the service I received was fine.Two things that I comment on every time.1. when I phone to book a service someone in Glasgow or Newcastle answers and deals with the booking. Why can’t I speak with someone in Basingstoke who knows me and my car?2. The confirmation email which came from Glasgow is a black panel with ridiculously small white text which my email application struggled to process and I could hardly read. Who in the IT department thinks that’s a good idea? What’s wrong with black text on white background that most people use and which I can easily read and check the details?
