Whilst booking on the phone was not difficult - the lack of an online booking option delayed me getting the car booked in as it was difficult to find an opportunity to speak but I would have been able to book online in a reasonable time.

The mmi interface, myAudi and user login settings is not well understood by dealership although I suspect there are some underlying IT bugs and issues with the s/w which is still very inconsistent and overly complex and a source of significant frustration for a car of this value.

Darryl Wise and Jake Beale were friendly and helpful in pre-sales. Adrian in service management was also very informative and helpful in sorting out some minor issues post-sales.
