Our car developed a fault which made it undriveable. I had to drop the car off in the early evening. After my car was booked in, the GM offered me a lift home, even though it was slightly out of his way. Also, although the work hadn’t been planned into the following day’s work, it was attended to the following day, and Ashleigh kept me fully up to date as the work progressed.All in all I was very impressed.

We were 'walk in' customers looking at the used car range. Matthew Davies was available to assist us and help select a car model. Matthew tried exceptionally hard to find a match for us however there was nothing within the Lookers network to match our requirements/specification at the time. We did find what we were looking for within the Sytner group however I would have liked to place the business via Matthew who I was exceptionally impressed with. I will absolutely contact Matthew again when I am in the market, he showered empathy and the passion to deliver the service I would expect from Audi and the right vehicle. I am sure he will sell many vehicles with this approach.
