Both Adrian and Sarah in your service team were excellent in their understanding and assistance with my service requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was first rate. Both are great ambassadors for Lookers.I would also like to recognise Chris Minter in Lookers (Basingstoke Audi) service department. He is a top rate technician and always takes ultimate care in looking after my Audi when in the workshop. A primary reason for me purchasing all my cars from Basingstoke Audi over the years is knowing that Chris will ‘hopefully’ be there to carry out servicing and maintenance going forward. I always request Chris works on my car and the service team always work as a unit to deliver a great experience.

I have been dealing with Kevin watts & his splendid team for years to which nothing is too much trouble especially Ashley in the service department who always accommodates me at short notice & has my car returned looking brand new. Harry was very helpful during my preview of the car and subsequent purchase. He was also very communicative and followed up very timely on queries etc and even arranged to collect me from the local train station on the morning the purchase was completed. He couldn’t have been more helpful and to be honest I’m a person who is sceptical of car sales execs and he most definitely broke that stereotypical mold!

Service from all aspects was very good. If there was one thing that I found a little annoying it was the multiple reminders about checking your car in online. I would never do this as I prefer talking to a person. One reminder about an activity I would never complete would have sufficed. Otherwise brilliant, I'll be back!
