The hand over process was a complete disaster.No fault of the dealership but due to Audi Finance not being able to release the pre agreed finance monies due to a computer glitch my car could not be released after waiting for nearly 2 hours for this to be resolved! It would have seemed prudent for someone in Audi Finance or indeed The Lookers Group to have taken an “Executive Decision” to release my car given that the risk of Audi Finance not paying up the next day was probably NIL!The damage Audi Finance has done to the Audi/Lookers Brands is considerable as next time it’s a BMW for me!(I have bought 5 cars from Basingstoke Audi in the past 7 years!)
