I was asked by Lookers if there was anything else I wanted looking at. I mentioned that the car was losing water so was then told it would be £130 just to look at the problem which is insultingly expensive.I did not bother...only for Audi to give the car a once over and tell me they found an issue with a leaking water pump/housing during the service anyway.

Great service, great car, good finance offer but timing became a barrier

The main contact was very friendly and helpful, he arranged a test drive and explained fully the financial considerations. In this instance the model I was interested in was not up to the standard of the VW T-roc which I had already tested.

This is not a complaint, but a helpful hint..... on departure from the showroom in the new car, it flashed up on my screen that there was insufficient tyre pressure.... the tyres appeared to be fine when they were checked and I expect it was simply a case of the warning system not being erased.....

The staff at Basingstoke were great especially Kerry and Harry who I dealt with. Customer service was great compared to Portsmouth Audi.

Your team were excellent is developing my needs and required spec. I had consider KIA and other looking at E cars however, the opporutintry to drive the Audi has likley convinced me to continue with the brand. The information and knowledge shared foucused on the model and I now have a clear idea of options.

Paul Edwards was extremely good and very patient with us as we were going from 2 to 1 car and had no idea what we wanted. Took us through and showed us many options before we decided. Definitely not a pushy sale which we liked.

Kerry Hodder was extremely helpful in our purchase for the car. She explained all of the services the dealership provided really well. She is very friendly and made our experience more enjoyable.
