Art was extremely helpful and looked elsewhere within the Group for suitable vehicles. Unfortuanely, there were no vehicles that interested me. It took over 2 weeks to get my vehicle booked in. This maybe because I had had only purchased the car 5 days prior and when calling the dealership to report the fault I was led to believe the workshop was going to contact me with an appointment.After waiting more than 2 weeks I wrote to the dealership to request why I hadn’t been contacted and my details were forwarded to Audi bookings who were extremely efficient.

It was a pity that I had to take two expensive taxi journeys to and from my home. No one was available.
