I was very impressed with the quality (knowledge, expertise, advice, friendliness...) of the sales executive who dealt with us. He swiftly identified our requirements and found a good solution for us.Not quite so impressed with all of the digitial material and Adobe signature systems - it is quite difficult tracking all of the digital documents.

The pick up / drop off service was exceptional, with the team member being flexible to work around timings and location of pick up with the road be laid outside our house!

Great support from Basingstoke Audi, but would have appreciated a call to say the car was ready for pick up, as we we then got caught up in busy traffic.

Whilst booking on the phone was not difficult - the lack of an online booking option delayed me getting the car booked in as it was difficult to find an opportunity to speak but I would have been able to book online in a reasonable time.
