James Fagg was very informative and he took the time to explain and give us time to make a decision. He interacted with my son who loves cars and asked questions and included him when speaking to us. He kept us informed throughout.

The complimentary car wash was not that good. Wheel arches, windows and wheels were still dirty.

Good experience for first service of car bought new from dealership. Easy booking and car was ready at requested time. Disappointed that considering cost of car and service that the complimentary clean did not extend to hoovering the boot.
