The mmi interface, myAudi and user login settings is not well understood by dealership although I suspect there are some underlying IT bugs and issues with the s/w which is still very inconsistent and overly complex and a source of significant frustration for a car of this value.

Darryl Wise and Jake Beale were friendly and helpful in pre-sales. Adrian in service management was also very informative and helpful in sorting out some minor issues post-sales.

The car Health check was very informative but I wish the technicians would talk a little slower when explaining problems.Having the same adviser as previous appointments was ideal for continuity which is something I have suggested in the past.
