It took over 2 weeks to get my vehicle booked in. This maybe because I had had only purchased the car 5 days prior and when calling the dealership to report the fault I was led to believe the workshop was going to contact me with an appointment.After waiting more than 2 weeks I wrote to the dealership to request why I hadn’t been contacted and my details were forwarded to Audi bookings who were extremely efficient.

It was a pity that I had to take two expensive taxi journeys to and from my home. No one was available.

Driver collecting and returning vehicle to our home address was extremely courteous and friendly. Vehicle also cleaned and valeted after service.

Jakub and the team were fantastic. Great communication. There was a minor issue with the finance that was no fault of anyone at the dealer. Everything explained and problem resolved quickly. I was very impressed with the quality (knowledge, expertise, advice, friendliness...) of the sales executive who dealt with us. He swiftly identified our requirements and found a good solution for us.Not quite so impressed with all of the digitial material and Adobe signature systems - it is quite difficult tracking all of the digital documents.

The pick up / drop off service was exceptional, with the team member being flexible to work around timings and location of pick up with the road be laid outside our house!
