Darryl Wise and Jake Beale were friendly and helpful in pre-sales. Adrian in service management was also very informative and helpful in sorting out some minor issues post-sales.

The car Health check was very informative but I wish the technicians would talk a little slower when explaining problems.Having the same adviser as previous appointments was ideal for continuity which is something I have suggested in the past.

I was following the app on my phone to show me progress - although the branch did contact me by text I dis not see it so my point is the app should have been updated to let me know my car was ready - I had to pick it the next day.
