Valet condition was not very good internally. I still haven't managed to fully connect my phone to the car(password has expired)

Reception very efficient and friendly. Service completed very quickly

Not sure what the service plan relates to hense why I put no, Kerry was great wouldn’t of wanted anyone else to help me with my new car!!! Only issue I would say is I still can’t link my car to the my Audi app - waiting on a key user number

I had a problem with the air conditioning and everything was well organized by Joanna Zlotorzycka who helped me fix the air conditioning as it should and informed about how the mechanics are working and how long it will take. Mrs. Joanna is very helpful and she likes her job.

From the initial walk round to completing the purchase was a very comfortable experience, at no time did my wife and me feel we were being pressured into making the wrong decision. I would particularly like to commend Art Kirtiklis for his professional manner and the informative way he guided us through the purchase. we are very happy with our new Q3 but feel sure the company would deal with any issues professionally should they arise.
