It was very good all round.

Initially not all the cars options were explained to me by the salesman leaving me thinking some options were present when in fact they were not. Currently in negotiation with sales manager who is very supportive as to whether another vehicle can be found to include some of the options that I would have liked to have on the car.

Darryl was fantastic / the only person within several dealerships in the area who took the time to talk to us and suggest options etc! Lookers couldn’t find us a car - we sourced it from another Audi dealership out of the area.

Decided to keep my current A3 so no change of vehicle. Did not take extended PCP to cover final payment due to what I think is a very high interest rate of 9.9% and have made other arrangements (at 3.9%).But team at Lookers Audi as pleasant and helpful as ever and I have always been happy with using their services when I can.

Even though we were there for 4 hours, it didn't feel like that. We viewed many cars, test drove 2, sat in 4, before we made our decision. We drank endless coffees, spoke to many staff, and found the whole experience was exciting, smooth and very professional. I would recommend Audi all day long.
