The team at Audi Basingstoke were excellent - Darryl who sold us our car was really helpful plus both of her managers Jake and Mike, Adrian who assisted when Mike was busy one day and the whole team including the overall manager who came to congratulate us when we collected the vehicle.

I like dealing with Lookers, Basingstoke, my last three cars were bought from them and I would hope to go back to them for my next one.I am very pleased with my new Audi Q3 Sportback and am generally pleased with the overall sales process.It took 10 months from order to delivery, but that was expected, due to Covid restrictions and the shortage of computer chips.Unfortunately the finally delivery date was delayed several days as Volkswagen Finance were experiencing computer/communication issues, which resulted in several unnecessary trips to the dealership. We did however get there in the end and I am enjoying my new car.

The hand over process was a complete disaster.No fault of the dealership but due to Audi Finance not being able to release the pre agreed finance monies due to a computer glitch my car could not be released after waiting for nearly 2 hours for this to be resolved!It would have seemed prudent for someone in Audi Finance or indeed The Lookers Group to have taken an “Executive Decision” to release my car given that the risk of Audi Finance not paying up the next day was probably NIL!The damage Audi Finance has done to the Audi/Lookers Brands is considerable as next time it’s a BMW for me!(I have bought 5 cars from Basingstoke Audi in the past 7 years!)
