Arturas Kirtiklis was particularly helpful on several fronts. Trading in valuation and cancelling the finance to replace on a smaller car. Sourcing the new vehicle, showing the options and when I decided having everything wrapped up in quick time. He knew the answers to all my questions and made it all an excellent experience. Well done!

Initially our customer journey was absolutely atrocious, and purchasing our new Audi A1 which should have been an exciting experience, eventually became an actual chore, and as a customer, I felt like because we weren't purchasing the most expensive car, we weren't as valued disappointingly. Experiencing this despite being new customers was not a good start. Throughout the sales process, there was little to no communication from Jack on ETA's and updates, despite multiple reach outs via phone and email, and I had to physically go into store multiple times in order to get answers that could have been conveyed easily over email. It was such a poor experience, I nearly decided to cancel the entire purchase of the car. I went into the dealership once again in order to get answers around my contract from Jack as it was pickup day for the car at 10am and at 9:20am I received a message from Jack saying some actions were outstanding prior to the Christmas break, this was news to us, hence the trip in. We ended up meeting Jake, and if it hadn't been for Jake turning round the entirety of the bad experience we'd had to endure to this point, we'd have cancelled there and then and this score would be significantly lower. It was Jake's pure tenacity, and perseverance, along with his empathetic demeanour whilst we told him about our experience, that we continued with our purchase. Jake took the time to sit us down, take on board the feedback we presented, run us through the contract personally and was genuinely apologetic for the experience we'd had. It was Jake that sorted out all of the finance paper work, calling the finance company to release funds, and it was his resilience that allowed me to drive away with my new Audi A1 that day, feeling like a valued customer and with a smile on my face. Audi is extremely lucky to have such a pragmatic and relatable sales manager like Jake, and I wish him all the best, and look forward to speaking to him when we next look to renew and purchase a new Audi in the coming years.

I came in to test drive and look at possible options which took 2 hours long, this process needs to be streamlined and more efficient. The fact that the sales person needs to go through every option is tedious for a customer and not great customer experience.
