I have been bringing my car here for maintenance since i bought it here. This time they handed me a BASS MAZDA QUOTE SHEET with some quotes on it but didnt go over it with me. They seemed like they were in a rush to close up (it was about 4:45). They also didnt send me a video which they have always done and they also didnt include a summary page that shows the various tire pressures, brake pads,etc. I ended up having to call them the next day to ask them about the price quote sheet asking if these items were in the red or yellow so I knew how serious the items were. Had good experiences in the past but not this time.
