I absolutely love my new Outlander ...... you need to check on your finance manager , in case he has done or will try to do the same thing to a little old (73 yr old woman) again. he was putting all those papers so fast for my signature that I really didn't know what I was signing. I trusted him ........ it's a shame what he did to me!If the extended warranty had not been added, it would have been on spot of what I expected. We signed papers on 4/16 @ approximately 3:00 PM We discovered discrepancy the next morning and tried to contact the finance manager ..... When we were finally able to talk/text him, he said it was too late to do anything. Please note: My husband did the verbal contact & I did the texting. Finance Manager, Scott Goulooze did say he was going to issue a check that would go to Ally Finance.

The property itself looks great, all staff was so friendly and greeted me with a smile.. I love when I pull up to the service area and someone comes out immediately to see what I need. What a great experience and of course I’ll get all my services done there.It was so easy to make an appointment and everyone is so nice.
