I received a text stating that I needed to reschedule my missed service appointment. I didn’t miss the appointment.I had to call the service department to schedule the service. Had to leave a message and got a call back the next day or so.

There are no signs directing you on how to get to the service center. I went through the dealership only to find out there a road you can take on the side that will lead you to the road towards the service center.
