I didn’t like the responses he made in the Mitsubishi app without asking my permissionHe kept answering the phone and arguing with a spam caller and interrupting our process. He and other staff sat in his office eating dinner while we sat and waited so we could get our own dinner and go home to sleep. He argued with us about the value of items he was trying to sell us.I already did

I had zero hiccups when i bought my car. Todd and Keith went out of their way to help us and made it pain less in all phases. We never had to wait on anything. Plus we had an awesome lunch while we were there on Saturday. The showroom was spotless and the music playing was great too!
