I had brake clips replaced but my car continues to make a scratching noise when I back up.The recall was done great and the issue with my hood was addressed. They have ordered a new one. When that comes in I will address the scraping sounds to see if they actually replaced the correct brake clips, because it is still making noiseI'm not sure one of the problems was fixed on my car.

I called to get car services said someone would call back. Mo one did. Called back a couple of weeks later said someone would call back by end of day. No one did. Finally after 3rd attempted got an appointment scheduledEveryone was friendly and professional
