Features were not gone over with us. Had 2 and a half hour drive home and could not adjust volume on radio-it has switch on wheel (we did not know about) that locked volume control knobs. Husband was in our truck so Noone with me.to figure out how to correct. Could have pulled over but did not.Let us test drive 3 different vehicles, was courteous and did not rush us.
