Your team is horrible and I told everything I was going through they didn't try to understand I work low income apt as well they work with people they going through a situation

Sorry is not a response to give when negligence on Baycliff’s part is the reason why I lost my business (income), personal belongings (not covered by my insurance), memorabilia, the memories of my deceased niece, and countless other things. It’s really insensitive to really disregard those facts. Had I damaged property, compensation would be expected from me. I expect compensation for my things and my loss of business. Also, to haphazardly attempt to cover up things by not properly fixing things is extremely wrong on Baycliff’s part. I had been sending in work orders and complaints for years, with no real resolution. Spraying industrial bleach, plaster, paint etc. on black mold is not safe for any residents health. My family was put in hazardous situations our last years here. What use to be good living conditions turned into dilapidated housing. This experience is wrong on so many levels.

It is a good place, everyone is very friendly in the office, but honestly I could no longer continue living there due to economic reasons, but I appreciate everything. The only bad thing is that they open section 8 and people arrive who pay no rent and are very annoying, because of everything they get offended and For that reason it makes the place look bad but the apartments are nice and have good space

I had no issues living here I moved because I was afraid the roaches would return. My new place has washer/dryer in unit I have stage 4 kidney failure and is unable to take clothes to landury

No one ever reached out to me. I stopped receiving any notifications from office a few months prior to move out.

BAYCLIFF IS TRASH!!! FROM THE UNITS TO THE RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY!!! I HAVE SUBMITTED MORE THAN 20 NOISE COMPLAINTS WHILE IN A 2BD AND NONE WHERE RESOLVED!!! THE BEST PEOPLE WORKING AT BAYCLIFF ARE BRITTNEY AND RICHARD!! IF I WASNT FOR THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS BAYCLIFF WOULD BE CLOSED

I had to keep calling to get a response from anyone regarding my move out. The office was closed and I hadn’t received a call back for a few days. After getting in contact with someone the move out was still not put in the system. I was asked 3 times for a forwarding address and it still wasn’t put in the file. They are not good at being proactive and so I probably won’t hear anything back about a possible deposit.
