The apartments are in bad condition, the rent goes up every year and they don't fix them; you have to call many times for them to come. There's a shortage of maintenance staff; they should improve the quality of their work.

It was nice when security was present when I first moved in. Grounds can be better kept as well as apartment upgrades would be nice especially for long term tenant's.

There’s mice, mold (that maintenance told me to take care of myself with bleach), constant harassment from the office staff, the maintenance staff do not get work done in a timely matter (sometimes up to a month before they come out), no matter what you tell the office staff, they will also just come into your apartment without notice (if they even come), they have all been seen dumping trash everywhere, the community is dirty, and there’s constant police presence (neighbors fighting, driving into other parked cars, constant blood-curdling screams, and I have called the cops on a neighbor who I think is abusing his wife across from me). Almost nothing in the apartment works (heat, outlets, doorbell, etc.), the pool is disgusting, the washer and dryers take your money, and the third party app and customer service sucks, mushrooms everywhere, disgusting and overflowed trash cans, constant power outages, tons of homeless people, no security present, and abusive and disruptive neighbors and their dogs. For low income housing at almost $2,000 (just for a 1 bedroom) a month for the conditions and behaviors of Baycliff and their staff is robbery. I absolutely don’t feel safe, taken care of, or like I’d want to ever renew my lease. The office team will reply to messages saying to contact the office, but what does that do? I’ve brought up these concerns before to no avail. I would definitely not recommend to others, especially with kid!

The management is hit or miss, there are bugs and mice, and the crime level is pretty active. Plus, the power goes out pretty frequently, and that’s only with living here for 1 year.
