Had an emergency and it was taken care of right away

I can not tell you how pleased I am with my visit. From the check in, to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone was excellent.My mouth is currently a mess but they put me at ease, were so caring and we had a plan in place before I left.Truly an exceptional visit!

What I do not like is that the doctor was treating several patients at once, I think each patient needs their time, but excellent care.

Happy teeth are cleaned and happy that no cavitiesthe lady was very nice

Bay State dental is a place that I highly recommend not only where they efficient and professional, but they also went out of their way to comfort a patient who came from far and deal with the situation at hand instead of saving it for another day I will never forget what Bay dental did for me.

A waste of time.. and clearly it is a herd clientele where they will see you and then charge your insurance company for services.. and in the end they are not rendered ethically.
