I had an appointment for 3pm. I was then called in around 4:20 and wasn’t seen till around 4:45 and my appointment was finally finished at around 5:15. During my appointment, when the doctor finished my filling and took a tool out of my mouth, I felt it touch my lip but didn’t think much of it. He then proceeded to numb my lip where he knicked me. I didn’t know I was cut and bleeding till I went to my car and noticed I had blood on my lips and chin.

Incredibly friendly and gentle reception staff, and Alison the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was INCREDIBLY gentle and informative.I prefer women doctors and they are able to accommodate that here, which is not common.The appointment confirmation process is a bit aggressive, but WELL worth the effort.

I am so sorry that I miss my dental appointment we could reschedule again I really don't want to go at 8:00 in the morning is too early for me we got to make it later I apologize I meant to call you but I couldn't find your phone number in my contact so I I mean all I seen was Springfield dental but you guys are great I want to come back cuz my tooth is still hurts and I think I have another one so you guys have a great day and hopefully see you soon bye.

Front desk is not at all professional or friendly. I reported this 6 months ago when I came in last time. The woman who takes you back is incredibly unprofessional and I reported this last.time as well. She does not tell you what she is doing. No kind words. And she seemed to sit behind me and do stuff on her phone for a time. I do not like coming in. I will be looking to go elsewhere. Also because there is no handicap accessibility to the office.

The building needs cleaning, renovation, and maintenance. The bathroom was disgusting, with grimy broken tiles. It was morning and the hand soap dispenser was already empty. The waiting rooms were dingy and smelly. Baystate, do better.That said, the staff was exceptional. Fromthe manager in the front office to the hygienist and assistant, to Dr. Song, everyone was very caring and professional. They made up for the shabby building! I hope Baystate makes their workplace a bit nicer.

The dentist had me waiting an hour and hadn’t seen me so I left. I have high blood pressure and Diabetes and that was not good treatment.
