The whole staff was kind and made my visit very comfortable. Explained everything that needed to be done and In what order to be done. Great dental experience. And no pain!

I was very nervous going to the dentist for the first time in quite some time. The office made me feel very welcome. The dental assistant was outstanding. The dentist/doctor was also outstanding. Base State dental explained everything to me from A-to-Z and I feel very comfortable going back next Wednesday for my next appointment.

Had an emergency and it was taken care of right away

I can not tell you how pleased I am with my visit. From the check in, to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone was excellent.My mouth is currently a mess but they put me at ease, were so caring and we had a plan in place before I left.Truly an exceptional visit!

What I do not like is that the doctor was treating several patients at once, I think each patient needs their time, but excellent care.

Bay State dental is a place that I highly recommend not only where they efficient and professional, but they also went out of their way to comfort a patient who came from far and deal with the situation at hand instead of saving it for another day I will never forget what Bay dental did for me.

A waste of time.. and clearly it is a herd clientele where they will see you and then charge your insurance company for services.. and in the end they are not rendered ethically.
