I’m very glad and appreciative of the work ethic Baystate Dental stands on . Scheduling an appointment was amazing even in Spanish however the services stands even above normal expectations from explaining the procedure and the handling process of giving you a deep cleaning or other service.

The Spanish lady with the tattoo on her right side in back of her ear going down vertical said she put temporary teath in my mouth and she lied and said she did, very upset because nothing was installed and my teeth looked very bad this was on 02/10/2026 Michael Borkowski just not happy with this baystate dental anymore

I went in to have a permanent re line done on my dentures on Monday and was told they would be sending them to the lab and they should be back in office next business day Tuesday. and 2 days later I'm still waiting on my dentures to be done and be returned to dental office. So I can return to work. Working with the public / Guest and having no teeth in your mouth is embarrassing to me.

Although this is a very good way to clean stubborn staining, it falls short on being able to clean the staining in between the teeth. I was very disappointed. I ask that you add back the manual touch-up after the GBT to complete the cleaning thoroughly. It would make for a satisfactory experience. Thank you in advance for considering this important step.
