I moved to Chicopee over a year ago and it’s been very hard to develop new connections so I researched dentists and chose this one and I was very pleased with my choice. I was treated with kindness and everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this group.

I would like the staff to know I am sorry for the anxiety attack I had in the office and for Dr. Sobti allowing my caretaker into the room with us. I know I must have insulted the Dr. Sobti by saying I didn't trust her but it most certainly was not her I didn't trust. It is Dr's in general from past bad experiences. She was very understanding and I am greatful for the care and consideration given to me that day.

Everyone was very friendly. My hygienist was super informative. She explained every step she performed. I am a new patient and I am very happy with the office. I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

You guys are awesome. My visits at Bay, state dental and chicopeare are great. I love the people I love how they take care of me. There is not a lot of wait time and they get the job done. I love the professionalism office is always clean.It's a great atmosphere.Thank you for your service

I’m very glad and appreciative of the work ethic Baystate Dental stands on . Scheduling an appointment was amazing even in Spanish however the services stands even above normal expectations from explaining the procedure and the handling process of giving you a deep cleaning or other service.
