The dentist was a bit condescending in his explanation of what was occurring in my mouth, no matter how soft spoken his words were.

Everyone was very nice and it was less painful than normal

All the staff were extremely nice n explained everything clearly I absolutely felt very comfortable n pleased with their work

I was immediately put at ease by the hygienist when I told her I was really anxious. She was as accommodating as possible with the X-rays since the pieces don’t fit well in my mouth, and both she and Dr. A explained everything clearly and asked how I wanted to proceed with my dental plan of action. I felt seen, heard, and never once felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable

Chelsea was kind and explained what was going to happen at each step of the exam and cleaning. She was very gentle and thorough. Dr. O (?) was kind and answered all of my questions.
