Asked not to have chair adjusted without warning first due to back/spine issues… and was not listened to… had severe back pain after leaving… other than that was happy with the visit and treatment

Lack of hygienist

First I wasn’t addressed appropriately as I’m a female and my name is Daryl. Second, when I told the gal I was paying cash she printed something out that I signed saying my appt was going to be $248.00. I told her I appreciated knowing how much my appt would be ahead of time. Third, when I began to check out I was being charged another $120 on top of the $248. I told the girl I signed something. She said the hygienist took an x ray without asking me. I left your practice!!!!

Only one hygienist (staffing issues) so booking next cleaning out 11 months.

Very kind and fast apt. I love the smiles and the dentist himself was a very informative man
