First I wasn’t addressed appropriately as I’m a female and my name is Daryl. Second, when I told the gal I was paying cash she printed something out that I signed saying my appt was going to be $248.00. I told her I appreciated knowing how much my appt would be ahead of time. Third, when I began to check out I was being charged another $120 on top of the $248. I told the girl I signed something. She said the hygienist took an x ray without asking me. I left your practice!!!!

Only one hygienist (staffing issues) so booking next cleaning out 11 months.

Very kind and fast apt. I love the smiles and the dentist himself was a very informative man

It was smooth, quick and they were very descriptive when I asked questions

Chelsia was fantastic. Wonderful experience! Most comfortable cleaning ever. And she did a great job with the deep cleaning on a problem tooth the following day.

Staff are wonderfulAnd because there’s not another hygienist the 6 mth appt is almost a year away. Not happy about that.

Just short staffed so could not book the next cleaning for the usual 6 months but was pushed out 10 months.

The staff are very warm and welcoming which helped me ease into repairing my oral health and appearance.

I don't feel that I should have to pay for a full cleaning when I only have 8 teeth!
