I notice that the Dental Asst and Doctor are always very warm and welcoming to me, however the Dental Hygienist is not. I believe the lack of “bedside” care could be improved and there could be more of a pleasant interaction if the effort was put in.

I work out of state so I had to take work off to come for my cleaning. When I arrive front desk tells me the hygienist doesn’t work Fridays anymore. Can send a million appt reminder texts but cant tell me that my appt was cancelled. Then when I finally do get in for a cleaning, the lady spent no more than 15 mins cleaning. No exaggeration whatsoever, terrible cleaning and waste of my time off. Probably won’t be coming to this dentist again which is disappointing because it had good reviews
