I love baystate dental it was great everyone was very nice to me I will be coming back.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, so much so I neglected my oral issues for years, so yea, the visit was much needed. The office rep was kind and welcoming, the xray process was swift and the exam was painless. Overall my experience was very pleasant

Doctor and nurse were amazingThe hygienist (assuming that was who she was) never introduced herself,never told me what she was doing. There’s some confusion about my visit which I cleared up with the doctor. but I never knew I was going to have a cleaning (which I should have taken antibiotics for and didn’t) she was rude and I will never see her again. I do have another appointment with the doctor next week since we came up with a plan.

From the moment I walked in I was comfortable. The setting and staff were professional and pleasant. Dr Princehill made me feel confident I was in the hands of good care.

They were confused about my bill and told me i couldn’t schedule anything until i paid it. Cone to find out it was just the deductable and copay…. I couldve paid but they said it was for a cleaning

Administrative staff was incredibly helpful - a special thank you to Kate for her assistance with an insurance issue. Dr. Principal was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in a situation I normally dread.
