They notified me that their system was down a day before my appointment after I requested work off, so they pushed it back a month leading me to request more time off from work.

Pleasant experience for a unpleasant situation. They got me in, everyone was Pleasant. The Dentist was great! And the staff as well.

Very friendly staff, had a great experience. Just insanely annoyed that I was only scheduled for an “examination” If I called to schedule an appointment, wouldn’t it be implied I want a cleaning? Whether it was my first time there or not? The Dentist literally spent 2 minutes looking inside my mouth. Pretty sure that could have been done after the X-Rays AND CLEANING and changed nothing. Just flummoxed that it wouldn’t be 100% obvious I scheduled a visit to the Dentist for a Cleaning. Pretty sure than can be done with or without an “examination”.

I notice that the Dental Asst and Doctor are always very warm and welcoming to me, however the Dental Hygienist is not. I believe the lack of “bedside” care could be improved and there could be more of a pleasant interaction if the effort was put in.
