Staff were very welcoming. The technician was friendly and attentive. The doctor was also quite personable and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because they are booking out cleanings into July. I’m due in January. They did suggest calling at the end of December to be put on a waitlist. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to stay on my regular cleaning schedule and not lose my insurance benefits.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my first visit. And my dental cleaning went very well, Morgan is a great hygienist.

Can’t rate you yet because I haven’t had any work done yet. The technician was very nice. After the X-rays I waited45 minutes before the dentist came!!! Way too long!!!! The dentist was nice , seemed thorough, but again no work done to assess.

I thought everything was fine, but not being able to make a cleaning appointment for 8 months I didn’t like. I was told you only have two hygienist maybe you need to hire more. Or maybe there’s a shortage, I don’t know. I was told I would be called if someone canceled,. For me that will be fine because I have a flexible schedule. My two girls will be coming to this practice too and they do not have a flexible schedule. So I’m concerned.they will not be able to get their cleanings done in a timely manner. I/we take good care of our teeth. I have paid a lot for both of my girls teeth and we want to make sure we get the best care.

Your wait time for a cleanings is too long.

I don’t like how appts are months out. Even for emergencies, the quickest appt is 2 weeks from the day you call. I never had this problem in ca, Louisiana, or even fl. Those states have available appts whenever.
