Dental hygienist just left after my cleaning without a word… no comment on my teeth or how I was doing taking care of them or tips. And no goodbye. I would have at least said thank you to her though.

The hygienist was pretty rough. They did not explain what was going on.

Hygienist was incredibly rough until my gums were, in her words, “profusely bleeding”. She asked if I was on blood thinners or could be pregnant twice, to which I am not. She also whispered with a fellow staff member while her hands were still in my mouth and I just sat there, mouth agape. No apology or excuse me was said.

The teeth cleaning I received was the best in a long time. I try to have a regular routine of oral hygene, but there is only so much I can do. The careful scraping and polishing in this visit reminded me of the care I have gotten in years past, but not for the last five years or so..Thank you

My apt was at 11:00 I got there at 10:45 and was told I’d be out by 11:45 so I wouldn’t be late for work but I was taken at 11:40 until 11:56 and had to call in lateIt would have been better if someone told me it was impossible to get me seen that morning

Well I’m glad that I was seeing by a different Doctor. He completely understand what I was talking about and did a great job comparing the past Doctor

I should get my teeth cleaned every six months. The appointments however are space out 7-8 months. I will see if I can get on a wait list for the second half of July. Not optimistic. Also, now the dentist only checks me out every other visit. Another deoparture from past experience. Maybe there is a good reason, but I was not told why.
